RETURN POLICY

At SLAYS we accept returns in exchange for store credit only if the items are returned within 20 days of delivery. Customer will need to pay for the shipping label for the return. To begin your return for store credit process email us at: slaysteam@slays.store

Store credit will be issued if any item arrives damaged or with missing parts. Please email slaysteam@slays.store with an image of the damaged item attached.

SLAYS reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. 

Similarly, SLAYS reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
