At SLAYS we are committed to finding you the coolest pieces. This means items will sometimes ship from different international and domestic locations. Many of our items ship from Asia. For environmental reasons we also have some items that are made to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within three business days however, our made to order pieces and more popular pieces can sometimes take longer. We try to ship pieces as soon as they are ready so your order may arrive in separate packages. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing time.

Shipping can vary from 5 business days to 5 weeks depending on the destination country. International orders can take up to 45 business days with delays. Please be patient with us, as we prepare and ship your order! 

Please note orders placed on the weekends are not processed until the next business day.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Disclaimer: Items are shipped via different couriers depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for providing an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs our suppliers. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed or lost packages. However, since we try to work with very reliable shipping carriers, delays are not common. If a return is desired all shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer. Please see our return policy for more information.
